Un poquito de mi

Camila Rivera is a New York City-based actress originally from Aibonito and Cidra, Puerto Rico. Guided by her artistic spirit, this jibarita has found her passion for telling stories that represent and celebrate her culture and identity. Camila holds an Acting degree from Pace University's Sands College of Performing Arts International Performance Ensemble Program where she built a strong foundation in physical and devised theatre, collaborated in innovative productions, and performed original plays. 

As an actress, Camila has been featured in award-winning films such as An Indulgence, directed by Valeria Lima, which won Best Sci-fi Short at the Katra Latinx Film Festival in 2022. Her talents also extend to cabarets, with performances at renowned venues like 54 Below and Don't Tell Mama. Recently, she starred in an upcoming indie short film, Shallow End, written and directed by Maria Rudloff.

In addition to her acting career, Camila has worked as a teaching artist for a non-profit organization in NYC and performing arts schools in Puerto Rico. Her multifaceted career reflects her dedication to blending cultural authenticity and creative artistry. As she undertakes new artistic projects, Camila remains committed to bringing her unique voice and perspective to every endeavor.
